How often have you wished you had recorded a call? Not very often I bet. But when you do need to record that call, the where-with-all to do so (i.e. the hardware) is not available or must be sourced. That is where World-Links Recordacall service steps in. You do not require any additional equipment to record that call. All you need is our magic premium rate number and the correct Premium Rate code.
There are many reasons why you and the called party might like to record a call. Sometimes with a business call it is not easy to retain the lesser important points of the conversation or indeed all of the instructions. The call can be listened back to for this purpose and can be listened to several times for that matter. In fact, the call can be accessed over the net and saved to your own hard-drive for convenience sake. On the domestic side of things you may wish to cherish a conversation with a family member, friend or loved one.
The Recordacall service is totally confidential and two separate PIN's are required to access the call. And, of course, the call can be deleted at a later date if required and again this procedure is PIN coded.
On the legal side of things you must undertake to inform the called party that the call is being recorded and this has to be acknowledged by the caller before the call can proceed.
Before the call is made, Recordacall issue you with an 8 digit PIN and you are also given the opportunity to select a 4 digit PIN for playback and, at a later stage, for deletion of the call. Dialtone is then provided and you may call a national or international number. This is where it is important to know the correct Premium Rate code to insert on front of the easy to remember 365 365 number. The Premium codes we are using are 1520, 1530, 1540 and 1550.
We have provided a search facility to determine the correct code to be used.
